Billionaire hotel magnate Stewart Bainum is still trying to beat out hedge fund Alden Global for Tribune Publishing (TPCO), but time appears to be running out.And while Bainum has now committed $300M to his offer from the newspaper publisher, the problem he's having if finding a buyer for the company's namesake paper, The Chicago Tribune, according to a report from the paper.
