FTHM - Fathom prices 1.75M stock offering

Fathom (NASDAQ:FTHM) trades 1.8% down premarket after it priced its earlier announced underwritten public offering of 1.75M shares, inclusive of 350K secondary shares, at $25/share. Underwriters granted 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares. Post underwriting discount, the company expects to receive net proceeds of ~$32.7M (excluding overallotment exercise option). Offer is expected to close on Nov.22. Net proceeds to be used for funding the business growth, including acquisitions, sales and marketing initiatives, working capital, and for general corporate purposes.
