FCAU - FCA's previously declared special cash distribution is now unconditional

Fiat Chrysler ([[FCAU]] -0.1%) announced that the previously declared special cash distribution of €1.84/share corresponding to a total distribution of ~€2.9B as part of its merger with PSA Group has become unconditional. FCA and PSA expect to complete $52B merger to create Stellantis this week. Stellantis’ common shares will begin trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan and Euronext in Paris on January 18 and on NYSE on January 19, under the ticker symbol “STLA”.Previously: FCAU declares conditional special cash distribution of €1.84/share (Jan. 4)
