The board of directors of Fiat Chrysler ([[FCAU]] +0.7%) has declared a conditional special cash distribution of €1.84/share corresponding to a total distribution of ~€2.9B, payable on January 15, 2021. Payment of the cash distribution is conditioned upon the further announcement that all required corporate steps in preparation for completion of the company's merger with Peugeot S.A. (PEUGF) have been taken.FCA and Peugeot expects to complete their proposed merger on January 16, 2021.Previously: Stellantis set to become world's fourth largest carmaker (Jan. 4)
