Federal Signal ( NYSE: FSS ) announced Monday a new $800M credit facility to replace its existing $500M
The new facility is comprised of a $675M revolving credit facility and a $125M term loan facility for a period of five years.
"The terms of the new facility are more favorable to the Company, reflecting our strong cash flow and balance sheet, commented FSS President and CEO Jennifer L. Sherman.
