SCGLF - Fidelity National Information provide technology for SocGen derivatives back office

Societe Generale (OTCPK:SCGLF) (OTCPK:SCGLY) will use Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE:FIS) for the transformation of its derivatives and settlement technology as part of an extended agreement between the two firms. Under the pact, the investment bank and financial services group will switch its existing derivatives clearing and settlement (back office) IT to FIS Cleared Derivatives Suite. The suite is a modernized technology platform designed to integrate with the existing client's infrastructure and covers end-to-end post-trade derivatives processing requirements.
