FVAL tracks the Fidelity US Value Factor Index, which is rebalanced biannually.
FVAL outperformed a few of its low multiples-focused peers in the past more likely because of growth, not value factor.
Just ~33.5% of the holdings have Valuation grades of B- or better. This is not ideal, of course, especially considering over 41% allocation to overpriced stocks (D+ or worse).
That said, I do not think it is worth investing in FVAL at these levels.
