MONTREAL, June 3, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation ("Fiera Capital"), the investment fund manager of the Fiera Capital Income Opportunities Fund (the "Fund"), announces that the distribution of Series A and Series F units of the Fund by way of prospectus will cease on July 3, 2020. As of such date, the Fund will be closed to new purchases of Series A and Series F units. The Fund will continue to comply with all timely and continuous disclosure requirements and unitholders may continue to request the redemption of Series A and Series F units of the Fund.
