Patricia Cook, CEO of Finance of America Companies (NYSE:FOA), has decided to retire from the role on June 30, 2022 to focus on her health. President Graham Fleming has been named interim CEO, effective July 1, 2022. The search for a permanent CEO remains in progress. Fleming will continue to serve as President during this interim period where he oversees the company’s Forward, Reverse, Commercial and Home Improvement lending segments, as well as Lender Services.
