FCRD - First Eagle Alternative Capital BDC to raise $60M in public notes offering

First Eagle Alternative Capital BDC (FCRD) prices a public offering of $60M in principal amount of 5.00% notes due 2026. That means the issue of notes bearing an interest of 5% p.a. payable quarterly and maturity of May 25, 2026.Underwriters' overallotment option is to purchase up to an additional $9M of notes.The company expects to list the notes on the NYSE under the trading symbol "FCRX" within 30 days of issuance.The company says it intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, together with other available funds, to repay certain of its indebtedness, including the redemption of all of its outstanding 6.75% notes due 2022.Transaction is expected to be closed on May 25, 2021.Press Release
