First Farmers Financial (FFMR) says it has received board's approval to repurchase up to $2M of its common shares. The timing, price, and quantity of purchases under the stock repurchase plan will be at the discretion of management.The buyback program will be funded from the company's current available working capital.Previously (March 9): First Farmers Financial declares $0.33 dividend
