Converse, Ind., March 19, 2024 -- First Farmers Financial Corp. (OTCQX Banks; FFMR), the parent company of First Farmers Bank & Trust Co., announced that on March 19, 2024, the Board of Directors approved a record quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share, payable on April 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2024. This quarterly dividend represents a 4.3% increase over the $0.46 dividend declared in March 2023.
