Shares of First Financial Corporation ( THFF ) have been a strong performer over the past year, gaining nearly 30%. The company’s acquisition of SimplyBank continues to deliver for shareholders, as evidenced by solid Q3 results. I last covered shares in July , rating the stock a “ H old,” as I felt valuation reflected its solid fundamentals but slow growth. Since then, they have gained just 1%, while the market has added 8%, justifying my rating. With updated financials, now is a good time to revisit First Financial. After a period of consolidation, I see a stronger argument for buying THFF now....
