FMBI - First Midwest Bancorp Inc. Declares First Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.14 Per Share

CHICAGO, Feb. 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company” or “First Midwest”), the parent company of First Midwest Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.14 per share. This quarterly cash dividend will be payable on April 7, 2020 to common stockholders of record on March 27, 2020 and will represent the 149^th consecutive cash dividend paid by First Midwest since its inception in 1983.
