FRC - First Republic Bank to redeem $500M of 2.5% senior notes

First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC) said Tuesday it will redeem in full the $500M outstanding principal amount of its 2.5% senior notes due 2022 on May 6. The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to the sum of 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the notes and any accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, May 6.
