FRC - First Republic Changes Location of 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC), a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at First Republic’s office at Rockefeller Center, 1230 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020 on Tuesday May 12, 2020 at 9:30 am Eastern time.

The meeting was previously scheduled to be held at the New York Yacht Club, which has been temporarily closed to comply with public health guidelines regarding COVID-19. The time and date of the meeting are unchanged.

As described in proxy materials previously distributed in connection with the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, shareholders of record of First Republic’s common stock as of the close of business on the record date of March 13, 2020 are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
