(CSE: FTEL , OTC: FSTTF ),reports that Michael Abdelmaseh, head of First Tellurium’ssubsidiary PyroDelta Inc and inventor of PyroDelta’s tellurium-basedthermoelectric generator, has been invited to submit a full Phase Ifunding proposal to the U.S. National ScienceFoundation’s (NSF) Small BusinessInnovation Research (SBIR)/ Small BusinessTechnology Transfer (STTR) program.This invitation follows the successful evaluation of an initialproject proposal in the NSF’s STTR Energy Technologies (EN)category.

The U.S. National Science Foundation is an independentfederal agency that supports science and engineering in all 50 statesand U.S. territories. The agency fulfills its mission chiefly bymaking grants for projects that show merit.

The device also offers the potential for manyexciting applications in a broad spectrum of sectors.
