FTEL:CC - First Tellurium Receives Assays from 2023 Exploration Campaign

Vancouver, BC, Canada – TheNewswire -- January 29, 2024 –First Tellurium Corp. (CSE: FTEL ) ( OTC: FSTTF ), reports that it has received all assay results and datafrom the Company’s 2023 exploration programs at the Deer Hornpolymetallic property in west-central British Columbia. Explorationconcluded October 31, as per the 2023 permit. Technical Advisor andQualified Person Dr. Lee Groat is currently compiling and interpretingthe data, and the Company expects to publish results sometime inFebruary 2024.

The results will include assays and interpretation fromthe property-wide mapping and sampling program conducted during thesummer, a program that encountered significant amounts of the porphyryindicator bornite and identified further copper-gold porphyryalteration. Dr. Groat’s report will also include analysis of theInduced Polarization (IP) geophysical survey conducted in Septemberand the limited drilling that was delayed until October. This programfollowed up on rock sampling, channel sampling and prospectingconducted in 2022, as well as the August mapping/sampling.

First Tellurium also announces that it has entered intoa marketing and consulting agreement (the “Agreement”) withLakefront Enterprises Inc. (“Lakefront”). Under the Agreement,Lakefront will provide SEO/PPC, email and SMS awareness, webdevelopment, media buying and distribution. Located in Vancouver,British Columbia, Lakefront has been retained on a one-month term at amonthly fee of C$65,000 for its services. After the initial one-monthperiod, either party may terminate the Agreement at any time byproviding the other party with 30 days’ prior written notice.Lakefront is not a related party and is arm’s length to the Company.Lakefront currently does not own any shares in the Company and as suchdoes not have an interest in the price of the securities of theCompany.
