Large-cap Value just generated a Buy signal over Growth for the first time since November of 2007.
There are positive differences between now and other periods when Value showed signs of outperformance.
Financial stocks are the largest segment of Value indexes currently, and a wider rate spread should allow them to outperform going forward.
Value indexes also have large cyclical sector exposure, and the market is discounting an eventual economic recovery from the pandemic.
Starting to see the rise of Value in International equity markets as well.
