FWRG - First Watch Restaurant Group Is Surprisingly Tasty

In screening for new companies, one firm that I came across that immediately popped out was First Watch Restaurant Group ( FWRG ). For those not familiar with the enterprise, it operates as a ‘daytime dining’ a company that serves customers made-to-order breakfasts, brunches, and lunches. The reason why the company jumped out was because one of its locations is actually quite close to my house and because I have eaten from it on multiple occasions. So naturally, as a foodie and an investor, I would want to dig in more. What I found is a vibrant company that's growing at a rapid pace. Often, these types of firms have a tendency to be expensive. But not this one. In fact, based on my own estimates that I believe to be relatively conservative, I would argue that it offers market beating potential moving forward. As such, I have no problem rating it a ‘buy’ at this time....
