First Wave BioPharma ( NASDAQ: FWBI ) has launched a $4M private offering of stocks and warrants.
The offering comprises 1,023,018 shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase up to 2,046,036 shares of common stock, issued at $3.91 per share and accompanying warrant.
The warrants are exercisable immediately upon issuance at $3.66/share and have a term of five years.
The offering is expected to close on or about March 15, 2023.
