FCFS - FirstCash raises $550M in notes offering to fund acquisition of American First Finance

FirstCash (NASDAQ:FCFS) has priced its upsized private offering of $550M of 5.625% senior notes due 2030 (from $525M). Proceeds will be used to finance the cash consideration of pending acquisition of American First Finance, repay in full the outstanding debt, and to pay fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with the acquisition. Closing date is December 13, 2021. In October, FCFS announced acquisition of American First Finance for $1.17B.
