FirstCash (NASDAQ:FCFS) commenced an offering of $525M in principal amount of senior notes due 2030 through private placement. Net proceeds to be used for financing the cash consideration of the earlier announced pending acquisition of American First Finance, repay in full the outstanding debt under AFF's credit facility and repay a portion of the borrowings under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility.
