FTK - Flotek promotes president Ezell to CEO; Agadi to become Chairman

Flotek Industries ( NYSE: FTK ) on Wednesday named President Ryan Ezell as its new CEO and will join the company's board, effective June 8, succeeding interim CEO Harsha Agadi, who has been elected Non-Executive Chairman.

David Nierenberg, former Non-Executive Chairman and second-largest shareholder of Flotek ( FTK ), will remain on the board.

Ezell has served as Flotek's ( FTK ) President and COO, after a stint as president of the company's chemistry technologies segment; previously, he spent a decade at Halliburton.
