FLOOF - Flower One Holdings to issue shares to debenture holders in satisfaction of interest

Cannabis cultivator and producer Flower One Holdings (OTCQX:FLOOF) is set to issue shares to certain debenture holders in satisfaction of an interest in the amount of C$509,652 and C$111,312. The issue price of the shares will be based on the volume-weighted average trading price per share for 20 consecutive trading days on the Canadian Securities Exchange ending on Jun. 9. The shares shall be issued to debentures holders appearing on the registers of the trustee, Odyssey Trust Company, at the close of business on May 30. The issuance is in accordance with the terms of the indentures entered into in Mar. 2019 and Nov. 2019 between FLOOF and the trustee, and is in respect of its unsecured convertible debentures due Jan. 31, 2024.
