In my last article on Fluor, I stated the company as a hold, because I believed, and still believe valuations to be stretched.
However, the market pushed the company up double digits, not in expectations for 2022E, but beyond. I'll revisit Fluor here to see if there are grounds for re-evaluation.
My stance on Fluor was "HOLD" - and for the time being, this remains.
