FNB - FNB prices $350M notes offering

• FNB ( NYSE: FNB ) on Thursday priced its offering of $350M principal amount of 5.150% fixed rate senior notes due 2025.
• The notes will bear interest at 5.150% per annum, payable semi-annually, while maturity date is set to Aug. 25, 2025.
• The financial services firm said it intends to use the net proceeds or general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of the 2.200% senior notes due Feb. 2023, investments at the holding company level, capital to support the growth of First National Bank of Pennsylvania and refinancing of outstanding indebtedness.
• Closing of the offering is expected on Aug. 25, 2022.
