TFIFF - Forager Announces Tech Platform and Series Seed Raise

Forager, experts in cross-border freight, today announced the upcoming launch of its tech platform, bringing on-demand pricing and capacity to the cross-border space, for both Mexico and Canada. ForagerSCS.com provides customers the opportunity to see pricing instantly and booking cross-border loads, with regular tracking updates so customers can stress less and focus on other areas.

To support the development and launch of the ForagerSCS.com customer portal, Forager has appointed Matt Weber as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Weber brings years of experience and will be responsible for evolving Forager’s technology strategy, driving product innovation and leading an experienced team of talented developers.

Forager Officially Closes Out Series Seed Round at $3.25M

To support the company’s growth and technology launch, Forager closed out its $3.25M Seed Round led by Chicago Ventures (CV), TFI International (TSX: TFII, OTCQX: TFIFF) and additional strategic partners. CV is a leading seed stage investor and has invested in other high growth companies like project44, SpotHero and Cameo. They bring their interest in the logistics space and the expertise to advise on the development and scaling of a tech platform.
