FOSL - Fossil Group Offers Great Upside, But Not Without Great Risk

The last couple of days have been a wild time for shareholders of watch company Fossil Group ( FOSL ). The business saw its share price surge 41.5% on October 15th after rumors began circulating that it could be pursuing an IPO for its Indian operations. But then, just as quickly as the stock rose, it came back down, with the stock plunging 29.6% on October 16th. This was driven by the revelation that the company is not, in fact, currently planning such a maneuver. Instead, at least for now, it seems intent on pursuing its existing restructuring plan....
