Amendments to Stock Option Plan

The Company has amended its 10% rolling stock option plan to complywith the requirements of the new TSX Venture Exchange policy governingsecurity-based compensation which became effective November 24, 2021.The amendments have been approved by the Company’s shareholders atits 2022 annual general meeting on May 5, 2022.
