FRC - Four Wealth Managers Join First Republic in New York Area

First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC), a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that Kieran Lynch, Jack Inserra, Craig Kaufman and Joel Kaufman have joined First Republic Investment Management.

Lynch, Inserra and Craig Kaufman were each named Managing Director and Wealth Manager, and Joel Kaufman was named Vice President and Wealth Manager. They will provide investment management, retirement planning, investment consulting and other wealth management services to individuals, families, nonprofits and private family foundations. The team will be based in Paramus, New Jersey.

Lynch has 27 years of wealth management experience. Prior to First Republic, he was a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services. Before that, he worked at Smith Barney for 13 years. Lynch has served as a financial advisor to high net worth families and worked with clients to develop comprehensive wealth planning strategies. He is active in the community and works with his local church parish and the Bergen Irish Association. Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Manhattan College. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Inserra has more than 25 years of wealth management experience. Prior to joining First Republic, he was a First Vice President at UBS Financial Services. During his career, Inserra has focused on providing comprehensive financial planning to high net worth families and individuals. He is active in the community and has served as a Saddle River volunteer firefighter since 2006 and was President of the Saddle River Firefighters Association for seven years. Inserra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Penn State University.

Craig Kaufman has 15 years of wealth management experience. Prior to joining First Republic, he was a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services. Kaufman works with clients to develop wealth planning strategies and programs, with an emphasis on capital preservation. He is active in the community and has been on the board of Temple Emanuel of the Pascack Valley since 2016. He earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Miami.

Joel Kaufman has more than 40 years of wealth management experience. Prior to joining First Republic, he was a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS Financial Services. He focuses on research-based equity strategies for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. Kaufman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from State University of New York, Oneonta and a Master’s degree in Education from Fordham University.
