The Franchise Group doesn't operate a particularly complicated or "trendy" business. It isn't involved in green energy, social media, or machine learning.
What it does do, however, is acquire and manage franchise businesses. And it does it well.
While the business is attractive from a financial and valuation perspective today, we think the true value will be unlocked long term.
