SAN DIEGO, Nov. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Franklin Wireless Corp . ( NASDAQ: FKWL) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a one-time special dividend of $0.04 per share .

The dividend will be payable on December 2, 2025 , to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2025 .
