Good afternoon, everyone. This is Therese Byars speaking and I'm the Corporate Secretary of FRMO Corp. Thank you for joining us on this call.

Okay. Thank you, Therese, and thank you everybody for joining us. I'll just start off. I'll just make a couple of highlight points about our financials, which I think you'll find interesting. And then I'm going to answer some questions I always get, but I never get them in real time online.
