• FS KKR Capital ( NYSE: FSK ) declares $0.70/share quarterly dividend, in line with previous.
• Forward yield 14.65%
• Payable July 5; for shareholders of record May 14; ex-div June 13.

• FSK's board of directors has declared special distributions totaling $0.15 per share to be paid in three equal installments by the end of 2023. The first $0.05 per share special distribution will be paid on or about May 31, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2023.

• The second $0.05 per share special distribution will be paid on or about August 30, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 16, 2023.

• The third $0.05 per share special distribution will be paid on or about November 29, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2023.
