FSD Pharma (NASDAQ:HUGE) has signed a deal to sell its former cannabis processing facility in Cobourg, Ontario for C$16.5M in cash, including a C$660,000 deposit. The transaction will close on May 31, 2022. The purchaser remains undisclosed. The facility covers 64.43 acres. Shares are up 5.11% pre-market.
