  • FTAI Aviation ( NASDAQ: FTAI ) on Wednesday priced its registered underwritten public offering of 2.6M fixed-rate reset series D cumulative perpetual redeemable preferred shares at an offering price of $25/share for gross proceeds of ~$65M.
  • Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to buy up to 390K additional preferred shares to cover over-allotments.
  • The offering is expected to close on March 15.
