FUJIY - Fujifilm's manufacturing company to invest $28M in new facility for inkjet pigment dispersions

FUJIFILM Holdings Corp ADR 2 Ord
FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants, part of Fujifilm (OTCPK:FUJIY), plans to invest $28M for adding a new facility in New Castle, Delaware for the production of aqueous inkjet dispersions. The investment will double Fujifilm's production capacity of pigment dispersions in the U.S. to meet the fast-growing demand for inkjet printing globally. The new facility construction commenced this month and is expected to be operational by summer 2023. The prior announced construction of its first dispersion manufacturing facility in the U.S. is scheduled to be commissioned by spring 2022.
