FULT - Fulton Financial CEO E Philip Wenger to retire

Fulton Financial (NASDAQ:FULT) said E. Philip Wenger, chairman and CEO, will retire on Dec. 31 after 43 years of service to the company. After he retires, Wenger will continue to serve as a director. FULT said Curtis J. Myers, current president and COO, will succeed Wenger as chairman, president and CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2023. Myers joined FULT unit Fulton Bank in 1990. In 2018, he was promoted to his current positions president and COO of FULT.
