(“G6” or the“Company”) (TSXV:GGG ) , ( OTC:GPHBF), a high-tech company with expertisein advanced materials and developing innovative composites for a widerange of industrial uses, announces that the independent members ofits Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) have appointed Mr. KevinCornish, MBA, CPA, CPHR as President and interimChief Executive Officer (“ CEO ”) of the Company, effective immediately.Mr. Cornish’ appointment is in addition to his current role as theCompany’s Chief Financial Officer (“ CFO ").

The appointment follows the departure of DanielStolyarov as President, Chief Technology Officer and Co-ChiefExecutive Officer of the Company. The Company’s other Co-CEO, ElenaPolyakova, has agreed to become its Chief Operating Officer, effectiveimmediately. Ms. Polyakova’s new role includes the hand-off of alloperations-related duties from Mr. Cornish, as well as the mostappropriate scientific, technological, corporate and other areas ofresponsibility previously assigned to Dr. Stolyarov.
