The first new product is named “G6E-TSHV” and is ahigh thermally conductive, non-electrically conductive epoxy, whilethe second new product is named “G6E-TSAL” and is a thermallyconductive, non-electrically conductive, low viscosity epoxy. Both newproducts are available in various size formats.

The New Product Line expands G6-EPOXY®’s reach intoa new area of the epoxy market. All of the research and developmentfor the New Product Line was done internally by the Company, and sevenmore products are being prepared for launch in the near future.

Stock Option Grant

The board of directors of G6 recently granted incentivestock options (the “ Options ”) to acquire an aggregate amount of720,000 common shares (" Common Shares ") of the Company at anexercise price of $0.16 per share, being equivalent to the closingprice of the Company’s shares on the TSX Venture Exchange in August8, 2023. Options to acquire 585,000 Common Shares were granteddirectly or indirectly to officers, directors, consultants, andservice providers of the Company. Options to acquire 135,000 CommonShares were granted to employees of the Company. The Options vest overthe period of three years in four equalinstalments as follows: 25% available upon grant, 25% on the firstanniversary, 25% on the second anniversary, and 25% on the thirdanniversary and expire onAugust 8, 2028.
