(TSXV:GGG) (OTC:GPHBF) (“G6”) announces that it expects to file its annual financial statements andaccompanying management’s discussion and analysis for the financialyear ended May 31, 2021 (collectively, the “Annual Filings”) on orbefore October 27 th 2022. G6 will continue to provide biweeklystatus updates on the delay of filing its Annual Filings.

G6 confirms that since it announced a delay of itsAnnual Filings on September 29, 2022 (the “Filings Notice”) thereis no material change to the information set out in the Filings Noticethat has not been generally disclosed and there has been no failure bythe Company in fulfilling its stated intentions with respect tosatisfying the provisions of the alternative information guidelinesset out in NP 12-203. Management is working diligently to meet theCompany’s obligations relating to its Annual Filings and that, whilesubject to the Management Cease Trade Order issued on September 29,2022 (“MCTO”), the Company will continue to comply with theprovisions of the alternative information guidelines under NP 12-203by issuing bi-weekly status reports until it has satisfied thenecessary filing requirements.
