• GAB had conducted a rights offering earlier this year that saw the premium slide but has recently recovered to its higher level once again.
• The fund has a 10% managed distribution plan and, thanks to the solid returns this year, led to a recent distribution boost.
• This can be an excellent equity fund for income investors; however, it keeps me on the sidelines with its premium.
