GALKF - Galantas Gold commences C$2M private placement

Galantas Gold ( TSXV: GAL:CA ) ( OTCQX:GALKF ) on Wednesday announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to C$2 million.
Under private placement, the company would offer up to 5,555,555 units at C$0.36 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at C$0.55 per share.
There will be a 4-month hold period on the trading of securities issued in connection with the offering.
The net proceeds are expected to be used for exploration, development, and general working capital purposes.
