AINSF - GAN and Ainsworth strike game technology deal

GAN Limited (GAN) strikes an agreement with Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (AINSF) for the exclusive online rights to all current and future Ainsworth online games.The company says it believes established and recognizable U.S. retail slot machines converted for online play will logically out-perform international online games also available in the U.S. to provide business-to-consumer  iGaming operators with a competitive advantage in enhanced customer lifetime values, user acquisition and retention marketing.As part of the deal, Ainsworth will grow its online library with an additional 110 games. Ainsworth will now distribute their entire online games library only through the GAN Platform or Super RGS in the United States.Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.Read more details on the GAN-Ainsworth deal
