(“Gatekeeper” or the“Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and datasolutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities, ispleased to announce a contract with a majorschool transportation company to install video on a school districtfleet of over 200 school buses in Missouri.
Under the contract, more than 90% of the systems willbe factory-installed by certain OEM bus manufacturers. The buses willbe equipped with Mobile Data Collectors, interior video, and subscribeto the Company's video management software services for video analysisand storage. The school district is a new customer to the Company andthe contract is valued at more than US $900,000 plus monthly-recurringsubscriptions.
