GSAC - GelStat to raise $5M in public offering under Regulation A+

GelStat (OTCPK:GSAC) launched a Regulation A+, Tier 2, equity financing of up to $5M. The additional capital will enable GelStat’s plans to grow both the existing consumer healthcare products, including the company's well-regarded homeopathic Migraine solution, and reintroduce its Sleep solution back into the market. Funding will be mainly used for product marketing, research and development, and general corporate development. The Regulation A+ offering was qualified by the SEC on Dec.17.
