Critical communications systems and solutions provider Genasys (GNSS) announces that it has acquired Zonehaven.Zonehaven is a fast-growing provider of software-as-a-service ((SaaS)) solutions for emergency evacuations. It provides planning, training, and resources to first responders, public safety agencies, and communities to manage evacuations and repopulations successfully.Based in San Francisco, Zonehaven's services cater to more than 170 fire districts and 200 cities covering 3.2M people in Northern California and Southern Oregon.The company highlighted that the transaction closed on June 7, 2021.
