ARCE - General Atlantic increases bid for Arco Platform to $13/share in cash

Arco Platform ( NASDAQ: ARCE ) has revised its non-binding proposal from General Atlantic and Dragoneer Investment Group to acquire all of the outstanding Class A common shares that are not held by such parties or their respective affiliates at a price of $13/share in cash.
However, no agreement has been reached as to the terms of a potential transaction and there can be no assurance that a transaction will be approved at any time.
