VIACA - Genius Brands launches Kartoon Channel on Pluto TV; shares rise 1.5%

Genius Brands (NASDAQ:GNUS) is up 1.5% alongside the announcement that its Kartoon Channel is getting a much bigger platform, launching on Pluto TV (VIAC +0.5%, VIACA) today.
